Nylex PreVent Waffle Foam Wheelchair Cushion

Q-Star Tri-Layered Foam Wheelchair Cushion

Voyager Tri-Layered Foam Wheelchair Cushion

Gel/Foam Wheelchair Cushions

This revolutionary pressure relief cushion starts with an inner gel-filled pad covered with 20 mil vinyl. Each time weight is shifted on the cushion, the gel slowly migrates through the special channels to provide even support and help maintain capillary blood flow and circulation to the legs. Gel pad is surrounded by high density, high resiliency, 1 1/2" thick polyurethane foam. Open cell foam will not bottom out, and allows air circulation to help keep the patient cool and comfortable. Foam pad is covered with a choice of rip-stop nylon cover. Nylex cover is tear-resistant, fluid-proof, anti-bacterial, fire-retardant, and designed to protect against shear, friction and hammocking. Both covers are washable.

Water or Gel Wheelchair Cushion

Designed to fit most standard wheelchairs, these cushions provide optimal pressure relief and comfort for all-day sitting. Both cushions work by distributing the patient's body weight evenly. The gel cushion gives patients an especially stable feeling, because the gel is similar to a patient's adipose tissue (fat layers). And because the gel is very thick, it minimizes leakage, even if the cushion is punctured. Both cushions are very durable and easy to clean.

Lambswool cover offers additional softness and air circulation to keep patient cool. Both covers are washable.

Foam Wheelchair Seat Pad

An economical, convoluted foam wheelchair pad made of high quality medical grade urethane that provides patient comfort during prolonged sitting. Four inches high with a one-inch base and excellent retentive quality. Flame-retardant. Sized to fit most standard wheelchair seats and geriatric chair seats.

Nylex Wheelchair Cushion With Horn
